(Continuation news of SSSTEEL): Welfare Fund and Bangladesh Workers' Welfare Foundation Fund, not later than nine months from the close of that year, five percent of its net profit during such year in the ratio of 80:10:10. However, the company neither paid any amount to the employees nor did contribute any fund to the Bangladesh Workers' Welfare Foundation Fund, a non-compliance of the aforesaid section. (cont.2)
