(Continuation news of SSSTEEL): As per the aforementioned section of the Act, where a permanent worker resigns from his service under this section shall be paid by the employer's compensation as per this section for every completed year of service or gratuity if any, whichever is higher in addition to any other benefit to which he may be entitled under this Act. ii. (SSSTEEL-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): আইনের উল্লিখিত ধারা অনুযায়ী, যেখানে একজন স্থায়ী কর্মী এই ধারার অধীনে তার চাকরি থেকে পদত্যাগ করেন, এই ধারা অনুযায়ী নিয়োগকর্তার ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রদান করা হবে প্রতি পূর্ণ বছরের চাকরির জন্য বা গ্রাচুইটি যদি থাকে, যেটি হয়। এই আইনের অধীনে তিনি প্রাপ্য হতে পারেন এমন অন্য কোনো সুবিধা ছাড়াও উচ্চতর। ii. মুলতুবি ট্যাক্স মামলাগুলির জন্য আনুষঙ্গিক দায়গুলি প্রয়োজনীয় নথিগুলির অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে যাচাই করা হয়নি৷ (চলমান 9)
