SSSTEEL 2% Cash Dividend

The Company has informed that the 2% cash dividend for General Shareholders other than Sponsors and Directors and 8% stock dividend for all shareholders proposed by the Board of directors of S. S. Steel Limited were approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting-2021. Accordingly, an application was made by the Company to the Commission and Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has canceled the said 8% stock dividend for the year ended June 30, 2021.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে স্পনসর এবং পরিচালক ছাড়া সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য 2% নগদ লভ্যাংশ এবং S.S. Steel Limited-এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ দ্বারা প্রস্তাবিত সমস্ত শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য 8% স্টক লভ্যাংশ বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা-2021-এ শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের দ্বারা অনুমোদিত হয়েছে৷ তদনুসারে, কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে কমিশনের কাছে একটি আবেদন করা হয়েছিল এবং বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন 30 জুন, 2021 তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য উল্লিখিত 8% স্টক লভ্যাংশ বাতিল করেছে।
