SSSTEEL 2% Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors has recommended 2% Cash dividend to general shareholders other than sponsors and directors and 8% Stock dividend for all shareholders for the year ended June 30, 2022. The Stock Dividend is subject to approval from the BSEC. The Sponsors/Directors hold 104,473,775 shares out of total 328,633,200 shares of the company and General Shareholders hold 224,159,425 shares.
