(Continuation news of SSSTEEL): The company has also informed that the board of directors has approved Tk. 30.00 crore for purchasing Land, construction of Factory Building, and installation of Capital Machinery for business expansion. Reasons for declaration of Stock Dividend: i) Bonus Shares have been recommended in view to utilize its retained amount as capital for business expansion. ii) Bonus shares are declared out of accumulated profit. (SSSTEEL-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ৫০,০০০ টাকা অনুমোদন করেছে। ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণের জন্য জমি ক্রয়, ফ্যাক্টরি বিল্ডিং নির্মাণ এবং ক্যাপিটাল মেশিনারি স্থাপনের জন্য 30.00 কোটি। স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণার কারণ: i) বোনাস শেয়ারগুলি ব্যবসার সম্প্রসারণের জন্য মূলধন হিসাবে ব্যবহার করার জন্য তার রক্ষিত পরিমাণ ব্যবহার করার জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে। ii) বোনাস শেয়ার জমাকৃত লাভের বাইরে ঘোষণা করা হয়। (চলমান 3)
