Emphasis of Matter: We refer to note no: 1.04, 3.28 and 33.01 regarding the new acquisition of Al-Falah Steel and Re-Rolling Mills Ltd., financial proposal made, approval of acquisition in EGM and transfer of consideration for the acquisition in current year.
