SSSTEEL Corporate Disclosure — 11 November 2024

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2023, quarterly unaudited financial statements up to March 31, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) ত্রৈমাসিক 30 জুন, 2023 পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "BBB" এবং স্বল্প মেয়াদে "ST-3" হিসাবে কোম্পানির নজরদারি রেটিং নিশ্চিত করেছে 31 মার্চ, 2024 পর্যন্ত অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত গুণগত তথ্য।
