The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 06.08.2025 has approved among others, the revaluation of assets: Land and Building of the company based on audited financial statement as on 30.06.2024. The valuation was conducted by Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, FCA, Managing Partner, Mollah Quadir Yousuf & Co., Chartered Accountants. This revaluation will be reflected in the financial statement as of 30.06.2025. (cont.1)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ০৬.০৮.২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের সভায় অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে, ৩০.০৬.২০২৪ তারিখের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণীর উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানির জমি এবং ভবনের সম্পদের পুনর্মূল্যায়নের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। মূল্যায়নটি পরিচালনা করেছেন মোঃ মুশফিকুর রহমান, এফসিএ, ম্যানেজিং পার্টনার, মোল্লা কাদির ইউসুফ অ্যান্ড কোং, চার্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্টস। এই পুনর্মূল্যায়নের প্রতিফলন ৩০.০৬.২০২৫ তারিখের আর্থিক বিবরণীতে প্রতিফলিত হবে। (চলমান ১)
