The Company has informed that Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) has cancelled the License of the Company due to Re-Insurance matter and stopped all transaction of the Company. In view of such cancellation, the Company is going to file Review Petition immediately to the concerned authority for restoration of License of the Company.
