(Continuation news of STANDBANKL): of the Additional Tier-I of Revised Regulatory Capital Framework for banks in line with Basel III subject to No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Bangladesh Bank and compliance with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and also adherence to the conditions imposed by BSEC under Section 2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969. The purpose of the proposed bond is to strengthen the capital base of the Bank. (end)
