Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 17.10.2019 regarding sale declaration of Mr. Harun-Or-Rashid, one of the Sponsors of the company, who did not execute sale of 2,40,129 shares out of his total declaration of 28,81,934 shares of the Company within stipulated time. In this respect, BSEC has allowed time extension including restricted period for selling of 2,40,129 shares of the mentioned sponsor till January 31, 2024.
