STANDBANKL Corporate Disclosure — 17 September 2024

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.05.2024 regarding issuance of Standard Bank Coupon bearing non-convertible fully redeemable unsecured 4th Subordinated Bond, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank vide a letter dated August 12, 2024, has issued their No Objection Certificate (NOC) for BDT 350 Crore, instead of originally requested BDT 1,000 Crore. All other details of the proposed bond, including its purpose, terms, and conditions will remain unchanged.

02.05.2024 তারিখে DSE দ্বারা প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদ পড়ুন স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ব্যাঙ্ক কুপন বহনকারী নন-কনভার্টেবল সম্পূর্ণ রিডিমেবল অসুরক্ষিত 4র্থ অধস্তন বন্ড ইস্যু করার বিষয়ে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক 12 আগস্ট, 2024 তারিখের একটি চিঠির মাধ্যমে তাদের নম্বর জারি করেছে। 350 কোটি টাকার জন্য আপত্তি সার্টিফিকেট (এনওসি), আসল অনুরোধ করা 1,000 কোটি টাকার পরিবর্তে। প্রস্তাবিত বন্ডের অন্যান্য সমস্ত বিবরণ, এর উদ্দেশ্য, শর্তাবলী সহ অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
