Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.10.2024, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), vide their letter dated November 28, 2024 has accorded its consent for raising of Tier-II Capital by the company through issuance of Non-convertible fully redeemable unsecured floating rate Standard Bank 4th Sub-ordinated Bond of BDT 350 (Three Hundred and Fifty) Crore for the period of 7 (seven) years through Private Placement.
