STANDBANKL Corporate Disclosure — 29 June 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on June 26, 2025 has accorded approval for issuance of "Standard Bank 5th Mudaraba Subordinated Bond" of BDT 500 (Five hundred) crore for the period of 07 (seven) years with unsecured, non-convertible, fully redeemable, floating rate nature (will fix up by regulators) under Tier-II regulatory capital through private placement subject to approval of the Regulatory Authorities.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, ২৬ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভায় নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে, বেসরকারী স্থাপনের মাধ্যমে টায়ার-২ নিয়ন্ত্রক মূলধনের অধীনে ০৭ (সাত) বছরের জন্য ৫০০ (পাঁচশ) কোটি টাকার "স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ব্যাংক পঞ্চম মুদারাবা সাবঅর্ডিনেটেড বন্ড" ইস্যু করার অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে। এই বন্ডটি অনিরাপদ, অ-রূপান্তরযোগ্য, সম্পূর্ণরূপে পরিশোধযোগ্য, ভাসমান হারে (নিয়ন্ত্রকদের দ্বারা নির্ধারিত হবে)।
