Mr. Omar Golam Rabbany, one of the Sponsors Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer total 30,000 shares out of his total holding of 70,740 shares of the Company to his wife Mrs. Tahmina Rabbany (15,000 shares) and to his daughter Mrs. Maheen Rabbany Huq (15,000 shares), by way of gift, outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2018.
