The Company has informed that total 39,250 shares of Late Mr. M. Shamsur Rahman, a former Sponsor Director of the Company, will be transmitted to his legal heirs in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court: (1) 4,906 shares to Dr. Almas Begum (wife; another Sponsor Director), (2) 17,172 shares to Mr. Sharif Almas Rahman (Son; another Director), and (3) 17,172 shares to Mr. Shams Almas Rahman (Son; another Director).
