STYLECRAFT Corporate Disclosure — 21 November 2022

The auditor of the Stylecraft Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: a) Due to the following matters, there is a material uncertainty exists that may cast doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. i) Revenue has decreased significantly (60%) than the prior year. ii) Negative net operating cash flows per share are shown since the previous year.
