The Company has informed that ACE ALLIANCE POWER LIMTED (64% of Summit Power Limited) has signed the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the development of a Dual Fuel (HFO/Gas) Fired Power Generation Facility of 149 MW at Kodda, Gazipur, Bangladesh with Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) along with the Implementation agreement (IA) with the Government of Bangladesh (GOB).
