The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the Venue of the 18th AGM of the Company has been shifted from Police Convention Hall, Eskaton Garden Road, Ramna, Dhaka-1000 to Krishibid Institution Complex Bangladesh (KIB), Krishi Khamar Sarak, (Khamarbari) Farmgate, Dhaka 1215. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged.
