The Company has informed that the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of Summit Madhabdi Power Plant Unit 2 (24.30 MW Gas Fired), one of the power plants of Summit Power Limited, has expired on December 15, 2021. The Company had applied for extension of the Contract for Supply of Electricity to Power Division of the Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources (MPEMR) on February 18, 2021 which is under active consideration.
