(Continuation news of SUMITPOWER): BPDB has also verbally instructed to resume operation of the said power plant. The Company has already started resuming operation from March 24, 2022 which remained closed since April 01, 2021 due to expiry of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). BPDB and the Company are in the process of finalizing amended PPA for new term of 2 years from the date of signing of PPA. (end)

(সুমিটপাওয়ারের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): বিপিডিবিও মৌখিকভাবে উল্লিখিত বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রটির কার্যক্রম চালু করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। কোম্পানি ইতিমধ্যেই 24 মার্চ, 2022 থেকে পুনরায় কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে যা পাওয়ার ক্রয় চুক্তি (PPA) এর মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার কারণে 01 এপ্রিল, 2021 থেকে বন্ধ ছিল। BPDB এবং কোম্পানি PPA স্বাক্ষরের তারিখ থেকে 2 বছরের নতুন মেয়াদের জন্য সংশোধিত PPA চূড়ান্ত করার প্রক্রিয়ায় রয়েছে। (শেষ)
