The Company has informed that Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) has given its consent to continue operation of "33.75 MW Ashulia Power Plant (Unit-2)" of the Company from December 04, 2022 after the expiry of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) on December 03, 2022. The Company is also now in the process of negotiating tariff and other terms and conditions of renewal Power Purchase Agreements with the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB).
