Further to their letters, under references SPL/BSEC/2022/02/1876 dated 8th February 2022 and SPL/BSEC/2022/12/2088 dated 5th December 2022 to BSEC, the company has informed that the 1st Amendment to the Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), for the Supply of Electricity for period of 5 (five) years were successfully executed on 8th November 2023 by Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) on "No Electricity, No Payment" i.e. without any (cont.)

তাদের চিঠিতে আরও, SPL/BSEC/2022/02/1876 তারিখের 8ই ফেব্রুয়ারী 2022 এবং SPL/BSEC/2022/12/2088 তারিখের 5ই ডিসেম্বর 2022 তারিখের BSEC-এর অধীনে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে বিদ্যুৎ ক্রয় চুক্তির প্রথম সংশোধনী (PPAs), 5 (পাঁচ) বছরের জন্য বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহের জন্য সফলভাবে 8ই নভেম্বর 2023 তারিখে বাংলাদেশ পল্লী বিদ্যুতায়ন বোর্ড (BREB) দ্বারা "নো ইলেকট্রিসিটি, নো পেমেন্ট" অর্থাৎ কোনো (চলবে) ছাড়াই সফলভাবে সম্পাদিত হয়েছে।
