SUMITPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 26 November 2023

The company has informed that the process of negotiating tariff and other terms and conditions for the renewal of PPA, for a period of 5 (five) years effective from November 22, 2023, with BREB has successfully implemented on November 21, 2023. The company has also informed that it has resumed operation of Ashulia, Chandina and Madhobdi 10(+/-)10% MW (each) power plants effective from November 22, 2023. The execution of renewed PPA shall be completed in due course and the same will be notified accordingly.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পিপিএ পুনর্নবীকরণের জন্য শুল্ক এবং অন্যান্য শর্তাবলী নিয়ে আলোচনার প্রক্রিয়া, 22 নভেম্বর, 2023 থেকে কার্যকর 5 (পাঁচ) বছরের জন্য, BREB এর সাথে সফলভাবে 21 নভেম্বর, 2023 তারিখে কার্যকর হয়েছে৷ কোম্পানিটি 22 নভেম্বর, 2023 থেকে কার্যকর আশুলিয়া, চান্দিনা এবং মাধবদী 10 (+/-) 10% মেগাওয়াট (প্রতিটি) পাওয়ার প্ল্যান্টের কার্যক্রম পুনরায় শুরু করেছে। পুনর্নবীকরণকৃত পিপিএ সম্পাদন যথাসময়ে সম্পন্ন করা হবে এবং একই হবে। সেই অনুযায়ী অবহিত করা হবে।
