The company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide its letter No. BSEC/Corp. Ref/243/2005/Part-V/CRD-06 dated 4th January 2024, allowed further extension of time up to 31st March 2024 for submission of audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended on 30th June 2023 as well as un-audited financials for the first quarter ended on 30th September 2023 and second quarter ended on 31st December 2023 including regulatory compliance.
