SUNLIFEINS Corporate Disclosure — 30 October 2023

The company has informed that directors and sponsor shareholders of Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd. have decided in their 219th Board meeting held on 29.10.2023 to enter into an agreement with Green Delta Insurance Company Limited, its subsidiaries and other individuals to sell 1,54,19,309 of their shares of the company in the block market through stock exchanges, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
