SUNLIFEINS Corporate Disclosure — 26 November 2023

Referring to the BSEC letter No. SEC/SRIC/53/2014-357 dated November 16, 2023 regarding the sale of whole shares of the directors, sponsors and shareholders of the company, Mr. Mustaque Ahmed, one of the Sponsors of the company, has expressed his intention to sell his entire holdings of 7,94,672 shares of the Company as per share purchase agreement (In the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited within 30 days after issuance of the BSEC letter.

কোম্পানির পরিচালক, স্পন্সর এবং শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের সম্পূর্ণ শেয়ার বিক্রির বিষয়ে BSEC চিঠি নং SEC/SRIC/53/2014-357 তারিখের 16 নভেম্বর, 2023 উল্লেখ করে, কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক জনাব মুস্তাক আহমেদ , বিএসইসি চিঠি জারির 30 দিনের মধ্যে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেডের মাধ্যমে শেয়ার ক্রয় চুক্তি (ব্লক মার্কেটে) অনুসারে কোম্পানির তার 7,94,672টি শেয়ারের সম্পূর্ণ হোল্ডিং বিক্রি করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছে।
