TALLUSPIN Corporate Disclosure — 15 March 2022

(Continuation news of TALLUSPIN): The company is not able to pay the finance cost which may cause end of the loan facility from the lenders. If bank and financial institution refuse to reschedule loan, the company will suffer from unavailability of working capital and shortage fund to facilitate capital expenditure. We further refer to note no:3.26 d(i) where there exist significant risk due to conducting business with only one customer. (cont.3)

(তাল্লুস্পিনের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কোম্পানিটি আর্থিক খরচ দিতে সক্ষম নয় যার কারণে ঋণদাতাদের কাছ থেকে ঋণ সুবিধা শেষ হতে পারে। যদি ব্যাংক এবং আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান ঋণ পুনঃনির্ধারণ করতে অস্বীকার করে, কোম্পানিটি মূলধন ব্যয়ের সুবিধার্থে কার্যকরী মূলধনের অনুপলব্ধতা এবং তহবিলের ঘাটতিতে ভুগবে। আমরা আরও উল্লেখ করি নোট নং:3.26 d(i) যেখানে শুধুমাত্র একজন গ্রাহকের সাথে ব্যবসা পরিচালনা করার কারণে উল্লেখযোগ্য ঝুঁকি রয়েছে। (চলবে 3)
