The Company has informed that Mr. Md. Rabiul Haque who was a sponsor director of the company passed away on January 15, 2023. His total holding of 912,297 shares of the company will be transmitted according to the Court Order against succession case no. 21/2023. As per the Court Order, Mr. Mohammad Wasim Iftekharul Haque (son) will receive 456,148 shares and Mr. Asif Waqfiul Haq (son) will receive 456,149 shares of the company.
