The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to hold an EGM for enhancement of Authorized Capital from existing Tk. 35 crore to Tk. 100 crore and related amendment of the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company, the Board also approved the proposal for changing the registered name of the company, "Tamijuddin Textile Mills Limited" with the name "Tamijuddin Textile Mills PLC" in accordance with the Section (Cont.)
