TILIL Corporate Disclosure — 5 September 2023

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on September 05, 2023 at 3:00 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2022, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর এলআর 19(1) অনুসারে 05 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2023 বিকাল 3:00 পিএম এ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে, যার মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য অন্যান্য, 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2022 সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ ও সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
