The Board of Directors has recommended 5% Cash Dividend (including 2% interim Cash Dividend) for the year ended December 31, 2023 to all general shareholders other than sponsors and directors, where 2% interim Cash Dividend has already been paid to the General Shareholders' BO a/c.
