Thus the carrying amount of inventories of the Company as on 30 June 2021 appears to be overstated. f) As per subsidiary loan agreement (SLA) between the Government of the Republic of Bangladesh and Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited (TGTDCL), the Company has received Tk. 27.29 crore as equity (cont.10)
