TITASGAS Corporate Disclosure — 13 October 2022

(Continuation news of TITASGAS): it as share money deposit. As per Gazette Notification No. 146/FRC/Adm./SRO/2020/01 dated 02 March 2020 by Financial Reporting Council (FRC), the capital received as share money deposit or whatever the name which is included in the Equity part of any company that cannot be refunded and the said amount shall be converted into share capital within 06 (six) months from the date of such receipt. (তিটাসগাসের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): এটি শেয়ারের টাকা জমা হিসাবে। ফিন্যান্সিয়াল রিপোর্টিং কাউন্সিল (এফআরসি) দ্বারা 02 মার্চ 2020 তারিখের গেজেট নোটিফিকেশন নং 146/FRC/Adm./SRO/2020/01 অনুযায়ী, শেয়ার মানি ডিপোজিট হিসাবে প্রাপ্ত মূলধন বা যে কোনও নাম যা ইক্যুইটি অংশে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হোক না কেন যে কোম্পানিকে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না এবং উল্লিখিত পরিমাণ এই ধরনের প্রাপ্তির তারিখ থেকে 06 (ছয়) মাসের মধ্যে শেয়ার মূলধনে রূপান্তরিত হবে। (চলমান 9)
