TITASGAS Board Meeting on 6 March 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors' meeting of the company will be held on March 06, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. regarding Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM)-2025 for considering the company's deposit for share money of Tk. 351,61,50,928.00. Issuance of Irredeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Share in favor of the Government (Finance Division) of which issue price is Tk. 10.00 each and number of shares 35,16,15,092 and declaration of entitlement for shareholders.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা ০৬ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখ সন্ধ্যা ৭:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এই সভায় কোম্পানির ৩৫১,৬১,৫০,৯২৮.০০ টাকার শেয়ারের জন্য জমা দেওয়া হয়েছে। সরকারের (অর্থ বিভাগ) অনুকূলে অপ্রয়োজনীয় অ-ক্রমযোজিত অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার ইস্যু করা হবে যার প্রতিটি ইস্যু মূল্য ১০.০০ টাকা এবং শেয়ার সংখ্যা ৩৫,১৬,১৫,০৯২ এবং শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য এনটাইটেলমেন্ট ঘোষণা করা হবে।
