(Cont. news of TITASGAS): Reasons for deviation: During July-24 to March-25, the company reported a system loss of 10.13%, of which allowable system loss is 2%. That's why the company had to bear a huge amount of purchase liability without getting any revenue. On the other hand, According to Tax Law 2023, Section 163(3)(Ka), the minimum tax was not applied to "any company related to gas transmission or distribution." (cont.2)
