(Cont. news of TITASGAS): Despite incurring a loss, the company is subject to minimum tax provisions under Section 163 of the Income Tax Act, 2023, the tax deducted at source is treated as minimum tax. Due to the reduction in the tax deduction rate, the company's current tax liability decreased significantly.
