Referring to their earlier news disseminated on 19.11.2019 regarding Share Transmission of deceased sponsor to the successor, the Company has further informed that 4,63,785 shares of late sponsor Mrs. Tosrifa Ahmed (who died on 07.04.2016) have been transmitted in the accounts of her legal successor (Sayeed Hassan, Sponsor of the company) as per succession certificate issued by the Honorable Court.
