Referring to their earlier news disseminated on 28.04.2019 regarding Share Transmission of deceased shareholder to the successors, the Company has further informed that Mrs. Tosrifa Ahmed (who died on 07.04.2016) will be transmitted in the accounts of her legal successor as per succession certificate issued by the Honorable Court: 4,63,785 shares to her son Sayeed Hassan (Sponsor) of the company.
