(Continuation news of TOSRIFA): AGM will consider 18 months financial statements i.e. audited financial statements from January 01, 2015 to June 30, 2016 and the AGM will be held after closing the financial statements on June 30, 2016 within the calendar year which will be announced in due course. Record date declared earlier i.e., 07.06.2016 for entitlement of 12% cash dividend shall remain unchanged. Cash dividend will be paid subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM.(end)
