After getting consent from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), Trust Bank Limited, Sponsor of the Fund, has expressed its intention to sell 39,490,401 units out of its total holding of 43,490,401 units of the Fund to its subsidiary Trust Bank Investment Ltd. outside the trading system of the Exchange under regulation 42(2)(b) of the Listing Regulations of the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited.
