The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to purchase Commercial Floor Space of 11,962 sft. along with 11 Parking Space at Cityscape Tower, 53, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka, at an estimated cost of Tk. 53.00 crore only including Registration Cost, Govt. fees, charges and other incidental expenses as per Govt. Rules for use of the Bank, subject to prior approval of Bangladesh Bank.
