Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 15.03.2022 regarding decision to issue subordinated bond and to inject capital, the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded its consent to the Company to strengthen Tier II capital through issuance of 6th non-convertible, unsecured, floating rate subordinated bond of BDT 4,000.00 million with a tenor of 7 years (cont.)
