TRUSTBANK AGM Disclosure

The Company has further informed that the Board of Directors has taken the following decisions (subject to approval from the regulatory authorities and approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM as well as completion of necessary regulatory formalities): i) To change the registered name of the Bank from 'Trust Bank Limited' to 'Trust Bank PLC.' and subsequent amendments of relevant clauses of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association AoA.
