Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.06.2024 and 01.10.2024 regarding issuance of TBL Fully Redeemable Subordinated Bond, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has accorded its consent to the company for raising of capital through issuance of Unsecurd, Non-Convertible, Redcemable, Floating Rate TBL 7th Subordinated Bond of BDT 4,500 million through private placement.
