TRUSTBANK Corporate Disclosure — 28 May 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 27 May 2025 has approved issuance of TBL Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Bond-VIII worth BDT 800.00 Crore (Taka Eight Hundred Crore) only to strengthen the capital base subject to approval of Regulatory Authorities.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৭ মে ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের সভায় নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে মূলধন ভিত্তি শক্তিশালী করার জন্য ৮০০.০০ কোটি টাকা (আটশ কোটি টাকা) মূল্যের TBL সম্পূর্ণরূপে পরিশোধযোগ্য নন-কনভার্টেবল আনসিকিউরড সাবঅর্ডিনেটেড বন্ড-VIII ইস্যু করার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে।
