Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.05.2025, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide its letter dated September 30, 2025 has accorded its consent for raising of capital through issuance of Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Floating Rate TBL 8th Subordinated Bond of BDT 5,000 million through private placement. The purpose of the issue is to strengthen the capital base of the company. (cont.1)
