TUNGHAI AGM Disclosure

The auditor of the Tung Hai Knitting & Dyeing Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Going Concern" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: Last Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22.12.2016, there after though the production of the Company were running but it went downwards in the subsequent period due to a corrupt and treacherous syndicate sprang up within the Company.
