The Company has further informed that the relevant agenda under LR 19(1) regarding consideration of Audited Financial Statements shall not be discussed at the meeting scheduled to be hold on March 15, 2017 at 3:00 PM since the Regulatory tripartite meeting could not be hold as per schedule due to unavoidable circumstances. The date of next Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on December 31, 2016 will be notified later accordingly.
