Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 30.04.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has informed that they are yet to receive BSEC's consent of the 5% stock dividend. In view of the foregoing, the record date of May 23, 2024 will be applicable for the 5% cash dividend and the Bank's 41st AGM only. The record date for the 5% stock dividend will be announced once the consent is obtained from BSEC.
